Puerto Vallarta is popular for its abundance of tropical beaches. The coastline is studded with stretches of white-sand, palm trees, and the sparkling blue waters of the Pacific Ocean.
Puerto Vallarta is surrounded by amazing landscapes, with rising mountain scenery turning into dense jungle and, of course, the golden, sprawling beaches.

Brand new townhouse 3 short blocks from the beach in beautiful La Cruz de Huancaxtle, Nayarit. The Puerto Vallart airport is just 25 minutes away.
The townhouse can sleep up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has the option of king bed or two single beds. Each bedroom has it own private bathroom.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans are available in each bedroom and on the main floor. The kitchen is fully equiped with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc.
The rooftop terrace offers great views of the town and of the ocean. It includes a dining table and lounging chars.
Everything in La Cruz is within walking distance. Many restaraunts are wihin a couple of blocks, the La Cruz Marinina is a short stroll away and the famous La Cruz Farmers market is also there. There is very little need for a car as the town is easily walkable and it is a short 5 minute taxi ride to Bucerias. There is no dedicated parking spot but on street parking is available.
Please not that the bedrooms are up a flight of stairs and the rooftop terrance is up a second set of stairs. The townhouse is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
No smoking is not allowed in the townhouse. Pets are not permitted.
